This may help with the cargo door seal. I bought this "Wedge P seal, part number 320742, from Lippert" to redo all the cargo door seals on my 2004 T1950. It will also fit most other model cargo door seals if the door frame resembles this style. Here is the Lippert parts site; they sell it on foot. Measure how much you need.

This is the seal itself. It has a self-adhesive backing.
After the old seal is removed and all traces of the old adhesive area are removed, I start in the center bottom and work around. Do not stretch it; place it and stick it; that is it.
It will form around the curved door frame.
To help get the old gasket off:
1. Start with a scraper and get the big parts off.
2. Using a heat gun or hair dryer, gently warm up the old adhesive, keep the heat moving, and do not overheat one spot so you can take the paint off. Scrape some more off.
3. When you are done getting all you can with heat and a scraper, then use Goo Gone, to help soften up the last bits of adhesive. Soak, then scrape. Re-do as needed until all the adhesive is off.
4. Use a high flash cleaner to get any traces of Goo Gone off the metal. Denatured Alcohol or isopropyl Alcohol from home use to get the residue left over from the Goo Gone.
This will leave the surface clean to be able to stick the new seal in place and have a good bond.
Now, to the windows, I am not sure what model year Sunline changed from the Hehr black frame windows to the white frame Kinro Windows. Your 2001 may have either, which window do you have?
When you say window seal, please explain what you are looking for, as the glass itself is bonded to the metal frame as the actual water seal. You do not change that, but you can add more sealant if it leaks around the glass joint. Depending on what type of window you are looking for, a vinyl strip called a glazing bead closes up the frame between the glass and the white metal to keep dirt, etc, out of the frame channels. This vinyl does shrink and looks bad over time, and it gets moldy also and looks bad, but it is not an actual water seal.
The windows get more complex as there are many styles and brands. Posting pictures helps as we can see what you are after in the pictures, as you may not know what they call it. Your camper has a few different styles of windows. Also, take pics of all the windows you want to address. The front window does not open; it is a large picture window. The bathroom window, if it has one, and the large window by the entry door is a single-hung vertical slider. The emergency existing window tilts out so you can climb out of it. Other side wall windows have a tilting-out lower glass pane with a fixed top window. These all have different seal trim vinyl.
