Hello Everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Sigh, it has always been my dream to own a camper. I was finally able to achieve that goal. However, it is with a very heavy heart that I must sell her.
I have two boys to put through college and I also have to move out of current place of resident for the past five years. The owner no longer want to maintain the property and has put it up for sale. It is actually a lot worse than that (for me since I got no advance warning and now scrambling to find a new place while already having a tighten purse strings).
It is being sold as-is because I never got to use it or or check it to see if everything work. The refrigerator was turned out when I purchase so it should work but being my first camper, I forgot to have the stove and over turn on along with having water hookup to see if the all the plumbling work as well. However, as you can see from my gallery, it appears to only need minor repair and up routine update/maintenance like the seal replaced around the windows and on the roof to prevent anymore water leak that can been seen in the photo. The stains where present when I purchased it. I can say that since I have owned and it has rain, there has not been any new stains so I am incline to think that the stain might have been manmade (the original owner had small children and already well into their cocktail hour in the morning when I got there to look (both the husband and wife). As a result, I am incline to think that maybe a window was left open during a rain and/or washing to cause the water leak but not certain.
The price reflects all of this and a desire for a quick turnaround. I am posting here prior to posting to other places like Craig's List and Ebay to club member for chance and making a reasonable offer. My starting price is $5,000. It is located in Southern NH. I already have pictures up but I also plan to put together a slideshow to YouTube to make it easier for people to see. I am not on the club site often so it may be better to reach me at

~Also, this is very important, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, remember to put "Sunline For Sale inquiry" or something similar in the subject line so your message is not mistake for spam or some other unknown email that could be accidentally deleted. Thanks
This is the hardest thing I think I have ever done in a very long time. I may even change my mind and put it in storage since I cannot park it at the place I will be moving too. Hence, another reason to sell. But like I said, I may change my mind and just put it in storage.
