This adorable 19' camper trailer has been restored for shore power/water camping. It's amazingly sturdy and durable, echoes from the days of solid-built trailers. It’s a great little camper and we’ve used it for years toting it around the East Coast. The kitchen and bathroom sink work and the stove/oven are propane and supplied by two new propane tanks. It is waterproof. The black-water tank is damaged, and we replaced the original with a luggable-loo or campsite bathroom. A portable toilet could easily be put in place of the luggable loo. The gray-water tank works fine. The shower, while still working, has been converted into storage shelves. The hot water heater needs to be replaced, but we have a brand new one in the box to be installed by future owners. We've installed a new electric fridge/freezer. The dinette tabletop is new as well as the upholstery and curtains along with new vinyl flooring. The interior was just painted in a light gray with decorative touches throughout. LED lighting has been installed for a bright and warm atmosphere inside. New cedar shelves have been installed in the closet. A battery can be hooked up and the freshwater tank is available with a pump. The awning works, but it could use a new one. We’ve installed a portable AC unit and there is a propane heater built into the unit. We’re currently in the process of taking new interior photos of the most recent upgrades.
