There are no issues with this RV, everything works. We are the original owners and have taken great pride in the upgrades and maintenance of this unit.

40 gal fresh water/35 gal grey water/25 gal black water - (2) 20-gal propane tanks – Ducted A/C
19’ Awning – New fabric installed in 2021 (also have new spare fabric included)
Upgrades include power tongue jack, MaxxAir vent covers, bunk ladder, countertop extension, bathroom fan, light switches, cup holders by couch, LED lighting throughout and front bike rack hitch (optional)
Exterior extras include Equalizer sway control hitch, leveling blocks, X-chocks, water hose, sewer hoses and fittings (sanitized), patio mat, clip-on shelf, tire covers, collapsible trash can and some extra parts

The camper does have a salvage title due to a tree branch that fell through the roof in October 2021. I fixed it very well and there has not been any issues. The roof was inspected and coated in October 2023 by a local RV shop and they said it looked great with no signs of any leaks.
The left side and front are starting to show their years in the sun with some fading and peeling of the decals.
