Wow your right. What a shame to let a beautiful camper like that go to ruin
Funny cause I told him I was concerned about water leaks when he said it was outside uncovered and asked if he had checked it with a moisture meter and of course his answer was no.
Anyways, thanks for the info so I know that with this one I can be glad it “got away”

The owner texted me today saying he's lowering the price to $3500 because of the poor condition, but I still felt that repairing the roof would be cost-prohibitive (probably more than a new RV).
I think it has sold today, FYI. I feel bad for whomever purchased it. Be glad you didn't put a deposit on it sight unseen. I hope this info help out!
