Selling our 2005 Sunline. We are the second owners and when we bought it we had a new roof done with 3/8” plywood, sturdier than the original. Still looks new and absolutely no leaks. A 60x80 queen walk around bed. Full bath with roller shade shower curtain. Large propane/electric fridge with freezer, new in 2018. New electrical panel 2019. Power jack, LED lighting, solid Maple cabinets, Microwave and 3 burner stove/oven. Lots of storage and a pantry. Furnace with programmable thermostat. Gas/electric water heater. Bronze greaseable shackles. Deep cycle battery, size 29, new in 2019. CO, smoke and propane alarms.
We’re retiring from camping so it includes all hoses for dumping, load leveling hitch, surge protector, bike rack receiver, 22 gallon portable waste tank, custom clothes line, Sunbrella tire and jack covers and screen room for awning. $7,450

We bought it ten years ago and that is when we did the roof. You can see the photos of how good it still looks. We cover it every winter.
