2002 T-267SR project, $2,000
I went to look at a 2002 T-267SR camper the other day I had seen on Craigslist for a while (Maryland Eastern Shore). Price started out at $6,500 and and then went to $5,500. They claimed it didn't have any leaks. Ha! The rear slide wall is rotted out almost up to the window (thanks for telling me the truth seller).
Anyway, I told them I'd give them $1,000 for it and left. They called back and said they'd take $2,000, so I'm thinking you could probably buy it for $1,500.
It's more work than I want to take on, but maybe someone's interested. It wasn't in terrible condition otherwise. Roof needs resealed, fridge has been replaced with a home model, one bunkhouse window is broken, and it needs a good cleaning. I imagine the slide out repair would be quite a bit of work (but doable) based on JohnB's excellent documentation of his slide out repair, but like I said, it's more work than I want to take on.

That is too bad as it isn't that old as far as I'm concerned. I wonder why they would pull the original fridge? Mine is a 2000 and it still looks and runs great. Oh well...

Yes, it is a shame. Like you say, that's not that old.
Don't know what happened to the original fridge. They didn't say and I didn't ask. Thankfully mine still works ok. I see they are expensive to replace.

I have found that a lot of people don't seem to know what water damage is. When they say no leaks, I'm pretty sure they are referring to actual water dripping inside visible. While a seller may sometimes be at fault for not disclosing it, I'm sure there are as many instances where the seller isn't at all aware.

That may be true in some instances, but I don't think it applies in this case. I specifically asked the seller if it had any leaks or water damage and she said no. I could see the water damage as soon as I stepped into the camper. It would be hard not to see, even for a novice.
Also, the left rosette was split in two (the wall were the damage was) like it had broken bringing the slider in. They had shore power hooked up, but when I asked to retract the slider they were very hesitant, worried about blowing a fuse.
I think they were looking for a sucker.

It's pretty common for RV refrigerators to fail at 15+ years old, especially if they've been turned on and off a lot. Sometimes it might not take much to fix them, other times they need a complete rebuild, but usually people go the cheap route and just replace with an electric only one. This was very common to do in '80s Sunlines about 10 years ago.
