We hate to part with this beautiful camper, but we're entering a new stage in life... We've loved every minute camping - the layout of this camper was perfect for us. The condition is excellent. We were the second owner. The first owner only used it twice, and we've only managed to camp once or twice a year since we bought it in 2001. Camper includes: Rear Queen Bed, (walk-around) and front convertabed,
4 burner range/oven, microwave, air-conditioning, ducted furnace with wall thermostat, tv antenna, stereo cassette - four speakers, sitdown tub - ABS surround, shower skylight, 16' awning, two 30 lb LP bottles auto changeover, two 12V batteries, Gas/Electric refrigerator, water heater, 32 AMP converter/ charger. Asking $6,500 with WD hitch.

Not necessarily. A weight distributing hitch can be used completely on its own without any sway control. Sway control could also be used without any sort of weight distribution. It is common that they are both used together, but there are people who don't use one or the other for various reasons. It's good practice to always check for details about this, as we're all guilty about grouping sway control with a WD hitch setup in an advertisement.
