Sunline Newbie - Got a 2007 T-276SR

We have been camping for several years... started with tents, moved to a used Coleman pop-up then a used Starcraft Expandable. But, we just purchased our first new camper and it's a Sunline...

Even though I am sad to see the factory close their doors and put people out of work, their demise has had one positive effect... great clearance deals! We are getting one of the last 2007 T-276SR trailers for $10K less than the original MSRP.

The trailer is located at a dealer over 350 miles from here and I haven't even inspected it yet... we are buying it based on just pictures. It's supposed to be delivered this weekend... can't wait to get in the yard!

Hopefully, Sunline can re-open in the near future.

Welcome Campin dude

You will be 1 happy camper. I had to drive 400 miles to get mine. After looking for months at 20 other brand and styles.....my goodness there are allot to pick from, we found Sunline from good words of other forum members.

Drive the 400 miles 1 way, to see it. Even deal'ed on it that day with a 1 week escape clause. Came home. Looked at a few more. They just did not compare. Called back and the rest is history.

You have a fine camper. Good luck and happy camping

Our trailer was built August 29th, 2006 and is titled as an '07. Since Sunline was such a small outfit, does anyone know if they built every model along side each other as needed or did they build several trailers in the same model together and then move on to a block of the next model? I am just curious if I can find out how many 276SRs were built after ours?

The MSRP for ours was $28,500 and we got it for $17,800. The only option it has is the spare tire kit. Since the trailer was bought in PA and we live in MD, we still have to pay taxes and tags which will be about $1000.

It arrived last Saturday and it looks great! The quality is so much better than the Starcraft expandable we are replacing. I ended up getting it delivered for $350 which I thought was a pretty good price since it was located near Pittsburgh which is about a 6 hour drive for us.

Can't wait for it to quit raining so I can get out and start doing a few mods I have in mind...
