RV Plumbing question

Hello from Upstate NY, I have been camping since I was a teenager. In 50's now. But it was strictly Tenting. I have a NEW OLD 1998 sunline solaris 21' T-2053. I know how to use the bypass shut off's but What are the two other shut offs on the floor do? The hoses to them run from under the bed toward the bathroom. Thanks in advance. Glad to be on board. I need to figure the camper out by Memorial day or my wife will be sad.

Those 2 valves are low point drains for draining water lines.
Here's a article on winterizing an rv.

Maybe not if the tank drain was not open but you sure would as soon as you turned the pump on!
