No one wants to say hello??

The 1980 turned out to be a 1977. Lots of water damage.. I passed on the offer.

Currently looking at a 1987 c750. I need to pull this with my 2012 Tacoma 4X4 t door cab truck. I'll need helper springs/etc. But hoping I can at least pick it up and get it home ( 60 ish miles) with factory suspension. Factory capacity approx. 1300 lbs.

Doe anyone have and good / bad point on the Sunline Campers???

Thanks All !!

And, there really isn't anything bad I have to say about Sunlines--of course,I've "only" owned 8 of them!!! And believe it or not, none of them ever leaked! Janalee

Well - nice to know my post is seen by someone beside me LOL. Thanks for the Welcome and inputs. Believe me, having someone that has experience with the line stating they like the Manufacturer goes a long way in helping me. Thanks !!

Canufixit,

Welcome.

Most people here will say that Sunline is of some of the higher quality trailers/campers.

I have two myself and if I had more property (I live in a small city) I would collect a couple more.

The advantage of this forum is that the people will help as best they can, have Meet and Greets and stay on even after becoming a different make of trailer owner. This will happen as Sunline is no longer in business.

BTW. If you get a Sunline trailer or camper there is a couple Meet & Greets near us (I'm in CT). One in New Hampshire and one in the Adirondacks, so stay in touch.

Steve, Welcome to the SOC! A great place to get questions answered. I was not sure what type of trailer you were looking at b/c of it being 7'; I"ve not heard of one that short but then again, whadda I know? Water damage is definitely out unless you're up for major repairs. We bought our '02 Sunline 3 years ago and are soooo happy with it. If you can find a used Sunline that's been taken care of, you'll get a great trailer! Good luck!

Thanks all !

Thanks all for the Welcome. I'll be sure to post the outcome and If I buy a sunline - and check out the meet and greet groups .

The First Camper that was leaking was a pop up truck camper - it appears to common with older model of this type. The Current camper I'm looking at is the smaller hard size truck camper - hoping this one checks out OK.

Hope to see you all on the roads !

Hi All, Well, I bought my Camper this week - but Although I was looking for a Sunline I could not find a suitable camper. I've purchased a well maintained 072s Skamper Truck camper (!984 - ish).

Thanks to all who responded to my Questions - and see you "on the road again !"

Smile welcome to a great group

Even though we don't have a Sunline at the present time, and I'm still looking for a twin bed model, preferably a T-2362, I still like to come here to visit. Very caring, amiable folks that's what we like about camping people, especially Sunline owners.
We're all friends here, eh?
Today we celebrate Thanksgiving and we are!!!
