New to Site

Just joined this site and have discovered a lot of interesting information, esp. about the closing of the Sunline factory. I live near Denver and have been to the factory often and was so disappointed that it closed. Not much information was in the local paper.

My wife and I now have our 6th. Sunline, 2006 2753 which was an upgrade from a previous 1995 2653. This 2753 has so much more room than the 2653.

I pull this trailer with a 2007 GMC Yukon.

Hi Rich,

Welcome to the group. The 2753 is a great floor plan. The Sunline Company closing was a sad dayfor all Sunline owners.

I'd like to invite you to atend the 2009 Sunline Owners Rally to be held in Mexico, PA next June. I thik we currently have over 30 rigs registered to attend.

Kitty

Welcome! We also have a 2753 and just love the openess of that floorplan. We're almost neighbors - we're in Sinking Spring. So, if you see a 2753 with a Tweety tire cover come on over and say hi We'll be at Locust Lake this weekend, and French Creek in Oct.

Thanks for the welcome!

We have camped at French Creek a lot in the past. It is a very nice campground. Plus it was convenient for us to use and still go to work. However, since 2000 and retirement we have spent our times either at Lake and Shore, New Jersey or Gettysburg Farms, Pa. (The best of both worlds as we love the shore and the quietness of Gettysburg)

We have an Outdoor World/Platinum Plus Membership and have used those two campgrounds exclusively since retirement. We got the original membership in 1992, but now we have more time to camp!

Rich,
First I'd also like to welcome you to the group. Then I'd like to know how I haven't managed to come across you at "The Farm". My family are long time ODW members (since'85) and frequent the farm almost every other week-end. We also just returned from a 9 day stay at Sea Pines. I try to introduce myself to all of the other Sunline owners at the ODW campgrounds, and turn them in the direction of this group. I left cards for, or met almost 10 other owners at Sea Pines last week. Next time you are at the farm just keep an eye out for the big ol Sunline 5'er, that's us. We are actually planning on jumping over there this week-end. I look forward to meeting you sometime.

Lowell,

We'll be over at The Farm over Memorial Day. Stop by if you are there.
