New Sunline Owner

We just purchased a 1985 Sunline 17ft. I'm not sure of which model number it is.

We are picking it up on Friday and then immediately going camping so we are picking up a few things. Does anyone know the measurements (width, depth, height), for the overhead bunks?

Thank you in advance, we are very excited!

Congratulations on your new Sunline!

Not sure what the overhead bunk size is but I believe they’re rated for 150 pounds.

I had seen in prior posts that the rating was 100 lbs, which either way my kids are below those limits. I want to upgrade the mattresses up there though as the ones currently up there are very thin and don't seem like they would be very comfortable. So I was hoping to get the measurements before Friday so I could figure out the size and thickness of memory foam that it will accommodate.
Thank you for your reply though.

Correct Barb, I was told directly from Sunline that the bunks are only rated for 100 lbs. And seeing how they are supported, I wouldn't want to risk pushing it lol

I can't help you with measurements, but I will say that the cushions there are designed to fold in half and fold up with the cabinet bunk. That way you can store it away during the day and not bump your head on it. A thicker mattress may not allow you to do that.
