Smile New Sunline owner

We just purchased our used 2006 Sunline. I think this is a really cool site. A website or Sunline owners. I think I feel special. We're from Granby, Ma. We are waiting for the snow to melt so we can bring home our new vacation home. I can't for camping season. Our big trip this year is Ocean Lakes Resort in Myrtle Beach, right on the ocean. I love it there.

Lori,
Welcome to SOC. Yes, this is a cool site, and you can trust the other members feel the same way. You'll find somebody here that knows the answer to anything you need to know about Sunlines and who will gladly help you ! Check the forums for VIN submission instructions and make sure you submit your RV's VIN number. Again,
welcome and here's wishing you a quick snow melt.

Hi Lori

For those following along here is Lori's photo album

http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/me...albums123.html

Lori to post pic's on in the message they need to be on a picture hosting server and linked in or you up load the SOC and they will show up only in that one post.

The mountain command icon create the correct img commands and a url path to your photo server.

OR you copy the image location from your album here on SOC and with a little manipulation with img commands paste it in the note, like this. I had to fiddle 4 times to get this one to come out right. Key is the image needs to end in a jpg file, not a html file. Then you insert the img start and /img ending commands to get the software to post it.

Lori see here for more on posting pics. If you need help let us know as we always like to see pics of Sunlines in action!!

http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f6...club-7650.html

PS, you can add your camper year and model to your signature file. It is in your CP (Control Panel) menu, See upper left of forum screen for the letters User CP. Then zoom down the list under Settings and Options, then Edit Signature. And you can put other cool stuff in your sig. By have the year and model it helps when you ask a question we know what camper you have in case you forgot to tell us.

Your floor plan is popular. We have several here on the club with the T2363

Happy camping

John

Welcome to SOC, Lori! We really enjoy our T-2363. It is a great layout in a smaller tt. We like the couch/chair vs. a dinette. I agree, the waiting is hard. We bought ours the end of November and had to wait until May to use it. But, spring is on the way and I'm sure you'll enjoy many trips in your "new" Sunline.

Thank you for the welcome. When I walked in the tt for the first I wasn't as excited to see the couch and chair because I like the booth dinette, but the more I visit it at the dealer, the more I like it I can't wait. Hope this Summer is as great as last

Lori, tucked away in one of the closets should be a leaf for that little swing-up table. When that is in place, you'll find that it is a lot of table space.

We have the couch and swivel chair in our 2453, and it was part of the appeal of the floor plan to us.

Enjoy!

My wife loves the swivel rocker chair and I can sit on the couch at the table with the computer or turn and put a cushion against the wall and my feet up on the couch and watch TV or just chat. We had a Jayco popup with the dinette but neither of us could get quite comfortable at the dinette.

Hi Steve and Gene,

Thank your for your responses, I am excited about the couch and chair, I visited the tt last weekend, I bought pillows for the couch, I had to try them out and I did put the pillow behind me, put my feet up and I did say to myself I feel like I'm at home. I bought a new bedspread with a bed sham, and pillows, color-black and tan. I can't wait to see how it looks. I'll have to post pic's when I get it.

I took that leaf out of the closet to see if I can fingure out how that leaf fits but I couldn;t fingure it out? I did it pretty quickly, I said I'll have my husband look into it.

I'm planning on building shelves in most of the cabinets. My thought is to get a metal strip that has choices for height of shelf. Did you build shelves in your sunline

Lori

The only problem with the chair, is that it is a bit low if you eat inside. I found a thick pillow that fits the seat and a couple other members have put 2x4's between the bottom of the chair and the chair feet. JohnB was one who did the mod and posted pics. I'm sorry, I don't have time to find the post right now, maybe someone else will post a link.

Several ideas and variations on the chair mod in this thread.
