Not really a problem for a couple of nights. Your coach battery should hold up and the fridge runs on propane just fine. Several of us have generators if you need a charge.
The bathrooms at Nicks Lake are super and there is power there for hair dryers, etc.
There are a number of threads on dry camping here that should be informative for you. Our camping is exclusively dry camping these days so I tend to think in those terms more than others. But ask if you have questions.
