If it isn't aluminum, it is rubber. Whether or not it can be patched depends on how bad it is. If you could supply more details about the roof leak, I could give you a better conclusion. If you have to replace the whole rubber roof, you're looking at about $400-$500 for a sheet of rubber 9' wide. They're only available in 9' widths and the price may be a little less than that since your trailer is so short. If you try to claim insurance on that, they'll most likely total it out as the labor cost is too much. If you're willing to do it yourself, be prepared for a lot of work.
