Hello to All.
New to this site, but not to camping in general, been camping my whole life, and of course it's my turn to take the kids on those same awesome trips my parents did for me! .
I have had my Sunline T-2251 going on 4 years know, bought used in great condition, plan on keeping it that way and still have the same one today.
Traded in my last tow vehicle Kids named her (big betty) to what I have now the new Chevy Silverado, see sig.
We are eyeing up the M&G at Southwoods, that is not very far from me. Looking forward to talking with you all.

Welcome! Your '95 decals look in pretty good shape yet. Just make sure to keep them waxed (or better yet cover them in a clear film) and they should last you a long time. Those '95 decals (except striping) are known for losing the red color quickly, so if you have any left, preserve it.

Interesting you asked..... not mine?, waxing in general is protocol for me since I owned it, simple turtle wax really, and honestly I think there is enough wax on that thing for the next buyer.. .
The only thing that weathered really bad was the front awning...yellowing and such....I just restored that actually following a thread here that inspired me to do so. thank you for that. Turned out great.
Rear bumper had some surface rust in spots, just cleaned that up 2 weeks ago before our trip to Letchworth , sand paper/ wire wheel/ primer and paint etc. Truck worked awesome on the hills with that 6 speed!!!!

Awesome! Yours certainly is rare to have good decals. The majority just have a white shadow of where the red Sunline wording was.

Welcome to the SOC forum.....if you have been reading, you will know that this is a very helpful bunch of people, we love our Sunlines and many have knowledge you cannot believe.
Sunline Fan is know as our historian, if you have not already supplied info http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f1...ins-10948.html to him he would love to get it o file.....
The WNY M&G @ Southwoods, is a fun time....we have an ice cream social on Friday and a pot luck dinner on Saturday - sit and talk, tour Sunlines and get to to everyone.
We hope you can make it!

Thank you for the reply's thus far, another note about decals and fading that came up from a previous post. I will be forth coming.... the top strip mine has that is red is an actual piece of siding that is "painted" red and is surely not a decal?. The only decal that has really taken a beating ... is the front above the front awning/rock guard, one of which I have touched up and looks fine. The bottom ones though all around show hairline cracks here and there just so you know, these are decals for sure, but color is still good IMO.
She does have her wears and tears being 17 years old.
Thank again for your responses.

Yes, the red stripe near the roof is painted. The lower stripes are decals, but from what I've seen, usually hold up ok.
