Just joined today. I bought a T-1950 this past year. It was like new since the the original owner kept it garaged since new, 1995. Unfortunately I will be storing it outside. I actually worked at Sunline in the summer of 1979 insulating the trailer sides and mounting tires on rims. My brother and 2 sisters worked there over the years also. I currently work about a mile from the old Sunline factory at the Acme Warehouse. I remember there used to be a lot of drawings on the shell of the campers as they came down the assembly line, some of they them really funny and some crude ones too. We worked 4 10 hour days, but since I was 16 I could only work 8 hours a day.

Hi Acme John!

Welcome, and really glad to have a former Sunline employee with us. They made a really great product.

Congrats on Sunny, finding a garaged one is a mega find. Your scored. It looks immaculate.

Looking forward to seeing and hearing about your Sunline adventures.

John

Welcome from Maryland AcmeJohn!
(sounds like we have yet another member named John [emoji3])

Nice find on the camper.

I’m curious, did Sunline pay you by the hour or by the job?
