Hi I am a first time sunline rv owner. I enjoy camping, hunting, fishing And the outdoors in general. I bought a 2007 Sunline Solaris from a family member but it does not have a model number on the title. It needs a little work but I am not sure how to get the right parts.

Welcome dnice!

Congrats on your new Sunny.

If you are looking for the camper model number on a 2007 Sunline, there are a few ways.

Inside the camper, most times in a top cabinet, in the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, is a weight sticker. The sticker has the VIN number and Model number on it. See here for one of my campers. In this case the camper is a 2004 T310SR. The 2004 does not show up there, but the T310SR model does.

If by chance that sticker is tore off, you can look up the 2007 sale brochure in our files section and back into the model number from matching up the floor plan. There were not that many models in 2007, so you should find it pretty quick. If you still have the original manual, Sunline put a copy of that years brochure in the manual. They also used to includes a copy to the weight sticker above, but not always. And there are yellow check off inspection sheets that had the model number on it along with the VIN.

To get to the files section, you need to be logged into the forum.
At the top of the forum are tabs, look for the word "FILES" click it.

Once into the files section, scroll down to the "Sunline Brochures" section. Go in there and find a sale brochure for the camper you are looking at and down load a copy.

Parts, we can help with where to get parts online. The year and model of the camper is helpful for this, but the year even more so. If the part is for a commercially bought part like an appliance, (stove, fridge, water heater, water pump, brakes, power converter etc.) then you also need the make, model and serial number of that item. You can get parts at some local RV dealers, but they will not be able to identify with a 2007 Sunline model XYZ. But if you tell them, I have a 2007 camper with Dometic fridge Model RM256 serial number, XXXXX, then they can help you if they sell Dometic parts.

Have fun with the camper and this is the place for any and all Sunline questions.

Hope this helps

John
