New 89 Satellite owner

Hello all,

We've recently purchased a 1989 T-2462. Former tent campers that just can't do sleeping on the ground anymore.

Have replaced the converter so far and need to de-winterize, but it's in great shape. Just a little water damage from when a window was left open.

Still not sure what appliances are installed and what works or not. Is there a way to tell what kind of water heater was installed standard? the label's pretty rough.
