My 1st Travel Trailer

I just bought a 1988 Sunline Satellite that is in very good condition (every thing works) for being 22-23 years old. I live in Gainesville, FL, but I recently bought 3 acres of land in the country up in the panhandle (Jackson County) that I plan on retiring to in 5 years. I bought this trailer to put on the property to use for weekend getaways. I found this site searching for information on the trailer and it looks like this site will prove invaluable to me since I have never owned any type of RV. I may even decide to use it for trips too even though I've never been much for camping and all, but with some of the comforts of home being provided by this trailer, who knows...

aso770 - congrats on your new purchase.....you have found the premier site for Sunline questions, problems, comments and photos......

If you have any questions, DO NOT hesitate to ask....we are a very friendly group and don't bite off heads, nor do we consider any question a dump question!

aso770,

Welcome to SOC and congratulations on your "new" Sunline.

We, too, had never owned a trailer before and found this site while researching. A salesman suggested our Sunline when the trailers we went to look at were sold/in need of repairs due to leaks. We are glad the other two didn't pan out because we are very happy with our Sunline and the help/info we have found on this site.

As Poppy and Nana stated, no question is a dumb question and the members here are willing to help.

We also like pictures!

Enjoy your Sunline!!!
