Smile Love our Sunline

Hi all, we have a 1993 T2653 Solaris that we have owned since 1994.
We have had many wonderful years camping with our two kids...now the two of us are thoroughly enjoying camping with our Goldendoodle, Teddy. We live in Mid-MI and wonder if a "meet and greet" trip has ever been planned or will be planned in the future up to Mackinaw City, MI. We have taken many summer camping vacation trip to this area. It is such a beautiful area with lot's to do and see. (or just relax around the campfire) Mackinaw Island is just a fun ferry boat ride away from the campground. The Mackinaw City campground has many campsites that accomadate camping groups and a wonderful view of the Mackinaw Bridge and Mackinaw Island. Historical sites just a very short drive away.
This year we replaced our refrigerator with a slightly larger and "newer" frig that matches the kitchen cabinets even better than the original. Also had an entirely new roof put on, so we are ready for many more years of Sunline camping fun. Fall camping in Michigan is some of the most fun and beautiful times for camping. The air is crisp and clean and a campfire just makes it perfect!
"Happy Camping" everyone. Joe and Renee

Hey Joe and Renee-as "new to us" Sunline owners,it's great to read a post like yours!I stumbled across this great forum and it, and the wonderful people that belong to the SOC are the reason that we became interested in Sunline's to begin with(after walking thru a Sunline we were hooked!)now I am addicted!I think it's great that you invested the money in a new roof and refrigerator, ensuring another great Sunline will live on!I seem to get the idea that the folks around here(me included)just love pictures,so,if you have a moment post a few of your 2653 and the new roof!
