Looking for opinions on purchasing 1990 T-2361

Hello forum members. I'm looking at a 1990 Sunline T-2361. Just curious what a group of Sunline owners knows or thinks about this model and if there's anything special to look for. Overall it appears to be a good shape. had a small leak over rear corner, but has been repaired. Exterior looks a little faded, but it is 24 years old. I can get it for $1500 which seems like a decent price. Any opinions?
Thanks in advance,
Jason

First thing I do before buying a TT is crawl underneath. With an ice pick or moisture meter start poking the wood frame checking for rot. Ice pick will penetrate deep into soft rotted wood. Solid is what you want. Check tanks for leaks. Look for cracks or bends in frame. Check operation of all appliances. Look in back of refrigerator for green residue or ammonia smell (that's bad). If possible have owner turn refrig on a few days before you look at it to make sure it cools down (rv refrigerators are slow to cool)
