Welcome Jay and Michelle!
Congrats on your new Sunny! Yes, you do have a vintage camper their, all of the Sunlines are now collectors items.
And we have many who have done small and large restorations. Yes, if you have basic wood working skills and some tools, this is just a big wood working project. How big is big, well that all depends the condition of your camper.
On the mechanical side of things we can help there too. We can see how it goes and if all of your appliances come back to life along with the axles, brakes etc. Everything in these Sunline is fixable/replaceable. Sometimes we need to upgrade as parts may not be available, but everything is restorable with upgrades even. And we can help on upgrading some of the methods of construction for better water sealing that have been learned over the years.
You can link in Flicker pics without issues. I have a Flicker account and link in pics all the time. You can also upload pics direct to the site if needed/wanted. Here is some help on posting pics.

For U tube videos, you can embed a link in post and it will show here. See here for more

Suggest you create a new post in the Repair and Maintenance forum for your general restoration. This can house the bigger rebuild work. And you can create separate posts on specific items, like how to get the fridge working, the camper brakes, the stove etc.
We look forward to seeing and hearing about your Sunline adventures. Good times ahead!
Hope this helps
John
