Greetings and safe travels.

My husband and I just purchased a 2007 Que. We were looking for a trailer that was lightweight and smaller. This seems perfect for 2. It needs some minor work. We need to repair the fiberglass on the back lights, the kitchen sink is leaking and we need to find a horizontal LP tank.

We are very happy to join this group of Sunline Owners as we know will will benefit from your knowledge and experiences

Glad you found us. When you have questions and need some help, ask away! There are no dumb question here, only ones you need help with. We have a few Que owners and we have many who know the standard Sunline campers.

Thank you! We have been reading the posts on the Ques leaky faucet. Seems to be a Que weakness.

It will be fun finding a solution.

That's right, I do seem to remember the Ques used a special horizontal LP tank, with different style brackets to hold it down. They aren't cheap, but it looks like they are available. I assume the original is missing?

Yes, those faucet/sink/stove combos looked a lot better on paper than in real life. Not really designed for much use, or hard use. Not to mention the cold water then hot water design. Let us know if you find a replacement that works. Everything I've seen so far eliminates the handy cover or requires it to stay up all the time.

We found a faucet on Amazon from Supplykick.
Dometic 3313070.001 Galley Faucet

it is just like the original. Not sure if that is bad or good

. It will work and the cover can come down.

We have also found the horizontal tank. The problem we had was with the valve and it was actually cheaper to replace the tank than fix the valve. Crazy, huh?

Good luck with that faucet. We had a Que back in 2007. I also wanted to maintain the glass cover. My big beef with it was to get hot water you had to turn it on full blast, then it splattered water all over the place. We switched the hot and cold water lines on ours so hot came out first. Our reasoning was that we only used that sink for dishes or cooking, so always wanted warm water. With warm coming out first the pressure was less so it didn't splatter all over the place.

That's crazy about the cost of the valve! Did you take it to a propane place to have look at it and tell you that?

No we didn't! We were going on what the RV dealer told us. That is a great idea. We have a local propane company. We will check with them.

Thank you for the tip. I noticed the sink is very shallow, but we do not have the faucet installed yet. We will remember that when we do install.

The design flaw as you know is that the stove and sink are one unit so it would be a challenge to change out the sink.

Like you we will only be using it for dishes and cooking.

Hello, not a Que owner as of yet but hopefully soon? Discovered these cuties surfing recently. Located one locally and decided we need to take a closer look. Had been looking for a 16-17' Casita. Recently had a 13' Scamp. We don't need much space so it looks like a Que might fit the bill? So happy to find this forum, many questions that needed answered.

Not totally new to the RV world so do have a bit of shopping the used market experience. Going later today to have a peek.

Hopefully I'll be back with the need for more information, fingers cross it doesn't
require too much.
