Hi Mike,
Welcome to the Sunline Owners Club! Glad you found us and congrats on your Sunny!
Now to the problem of the soft floor and the wet wall. It sounds like you have a leak or very possibly, multiple leaks in the general area of the right rear corner if I understand your model floor plan correctly.
We can help you sort this out and what to do. It is going to take some hunting on your part. One of the first things to do is, find all the leak sources and caulk them shut, or cover the camper, or store it inside. Point being, stop the water from getting in and making it worse. Then figure out do I try and fix it, live with it or what.
As part of the “first things” to do, I would recommend you buy a moisture meter and inspect the camper with it. See this post on one that I can speak too will help you. They now cost about $40 to $45.

With the meter you can scan the inside of the camper, potentially the roof, the bottom of the camper if yours has the black waterproof plastic membrane on it and back into, where is the camper wet and how wet is it? Armed with this info, most of which you could not even see without the meter, you now at least understand how big the issue is or isn’t. This tool should be in anyone’s toolbox that owns a camper… and I’m serious about that statement. Water leaks can go undetected for years until the issue has become bad enough it rears its ugly head to where you can see it. The odds are favorable; your soft floor issue started many years ago.
If you get the meter, we can help with how to use it and interrupt the info it gave you. The meter is easy to use, but it takes a little help sometimes on backing into, how did all that area get wet? Many camper leaks start up high and gravity carries the water down, it keeps going down infecting anything it can in its path. Then when the water cannot go down any further, it pools and then festers and start rotting anything it can given a large enough quantity and amount of time. Leaks caught early can be stopped, cleaned up and life is good. Leaks festering in a ceiling, wall or floor for a few years is usually more work to clean and fix them up.
If you make it to the caulking stage to stop the leak, Dicor non-leveling (non-sag) lap sealant no. 551LSW is the one I would recommend. You can but it online or local RV dealers. It is made for campers, sticks well to clean dry surfaces, and you can get it off when the repair time comes. Do not grab a tube of silicone, which creates other issues when you try and fix it. You do need to prep the area first by cleaning all the dirt and mold off.
Hope this helps and ask away any questions.
John
