Hello neighbor !!! Welcome and thank you thank you thank you for being a part of designing our Sunlines ! I assume that means you worked at the factory. DH and I always marvel at the amount of usefulness that Sunline squeezes out of space. We marvel at the nice fabrics and tastefulness of our 3 Sunlines. Walking around the Hershey RV Show, we always came away saying "we should have just gone straight to Stoltzfus, because there's nothing as nice as a Sunline." Nice to meet you...and yes, we'll be looking for you in the campgrounds.

Welcome Kern's
Great to have you aboard. Good to have a designer with us. What type of designing did you do? Does this mean I can get my 2363 to slide out the kitchen???

Yes, welcome, and pass the word.
Other employees should know how loyal we are to the brand. When most companies go away, people shun their products.
Only Sunline owners would want to buy MORE products when they hear about its sad demise.
I am on the eve of my first trip with my new (to me) trailer. A short distance, but I am soo looking forward to this. I wanted this brand of trailer so bad, I bought it over the phone while on a business trip in Milan Italy.
PS
I would like you to design a modification for my trailer so that it hitches itself, and also dump the tanks too (not at the same time, preferably).

Hi Carl (and Family),
It's so glad to hear from you again! Welcome to the forum! I'm glad to see you still have your X and Eclipse- the absolute best towing combo around! Okay, maybe I am a little biased, but after all, you do have a diesel.
BTW, I still have that 286SR CAD drawing (Hudson). If you'd like me to send it to you, I'd be glad to. I realize you probably don't have SolidWorks at home, but there is a free viewer version available online. It probably has no value to you now, but I thought I'd offer anyway.
Jon
PS: Mark, Carl has electric dump valves on his Eclipse . Hopefully he will inform everyone else of ALL the options he put on. Believe me (I saw this trailer in person), the Eclipse tops all our Sunline's combined.

Hello Carl & Family,
Welcome to the group. Actually, a group that "you and your co-workers" made possible. I sincerely hope that ALL the wonderful folks at Sunline have found other employment or were maybe fortunate enuff to retire.
I am sure they know what a wonderful product they produced, and how much ALL of us that own Sunlines appreciate their work and dedication. We wish them well and THANK THEM for giving us the opportunity to own such a wonderful COACH. They truly did produce a "collectors" item, that will be treasured.
I have the wonderful 2006 T- 2499 with the aluminum roof and on-board generator, plus numerous other options. Maybe you'd like to post some pics of your Eclipse so we could see some of "your" options?
Welcome aboard and THANK YOU and all the other fine folks that made SUNLINE a top notch, A1 COACH,
Kitty

Thanks Kitty for expressing so eloquently what we all feel here about our Sunlines and the fine people that made them.
I feel honored to have Carl and his family as part of our forum family here and hope other former Sunline employees will consider joining.
Carl - nice list of options!
Hutch

Hi Carl,
If you'd like, I still have that pic you sent me last fall, and I could post that until you can get some other pics up here. There is a photo gallery that you can join (also free) on this site, but I'm not sure how it works. I was one of the first to join, but haven't put anything there yet. I have my own Photobucket account (free for basic user, which is what I have) that I keep using right now. I might figure out the one here sometime when I'm bored.
Hutch and Kitty: I agree, I couldn't have said it better myself.
In the meantime, here are the pics I have from the old Sunline website:
