Giving it up--sort of!
Hello old friends! As most of you know, I am a longtime member (now lurker) of the Sunline family, having moved on to a Wildwood TT last year. ...After 25 years of fun and meeting new people on lots of trips with our RVs, health issues are forcing us to give up the traveling part. This year when we head to Fl.,it will be our last "long" trip towing our trailer and I am hoping to find a reasonable unit,in an RV park, permanently setup with Florida room in Zephyrhills Fl.,as I still want the cameraderie(sp?) of our RVing friends. Has anyone else had to do this? Can you give me any advice or input on the subject? I don't want to invest more than $15,000 since we are 69 and 78 years old and DH has some serious health isssues. We will keep the RV for our local jaunts in the summer--I am the driver of our rig and most of the work falls to me--as do all of the problems--DH's memory has failed you see. Have any of you elected to do the same?? Can you suggest a place to settle? Do you know of a website where others like me gather to talk about the pros and cons? Any help would be appreciated..Thanks friends!Janalee
