Smile Finally first trailer it’s a Sunline

Hi I’m new finally found a 91 Sunline Star Ray M170. She is really a dent free and starting to get her cleaned up drove 700 miles to get her but it was worth it I like her. She needs couple new roof vent covers and some tires going to put led lights and get her all sealed up. Not to much info on the Star Ray I just go her home today and been giving her a bath.Really looking forward to a good site with great info and nice people .Attachment 8877

Welcome Redbird!

WOW, that camper must of been stored inside or covered for some part of it's life. The awning is original or close to it.

Amazing how well everything has held up. You found a well loved one.

This is the place for Sunline info, we have a lot already posted, and check out the FILES section at the tab on the top of the forum when logged in for lots of good stuff.

And the pics really help. See what you are asking about goes a long way in helping show what you are up against.

Have fun getting her up and going and camping this season.

John

Nice camper! Looks like it’s the descendant of my ‘78 1750. Like the colors on your graphics. Welcome to the group! ( I’m new here myself) IMG_2393.jpg

Thanks John that is one fine 78 also well taken care of. Not sure about the star Ray I think it was there less frills model but I’m glad it didn’t have a roof air. Got one in that window but I’m going to put back the original one if I can find one. We just picked it up Saturday and bathed her Sunday

Smart man. When you get a new (to you) camper, ALWAYS start with the roof! Looks great!

Try these folks, they may be able to help. I have bought from them and had a positive experience with all transactions.

https://www.vintagetrailersupply.com/

There is also this website that references the Vintage site on windows and others. Just passing this along, I never saw this site before today. https://ceciliatheshasta.com/jalousi...ntage-campers/

Hope this helps

John
