If all else fails, shut off the city water supply and make sure there is some water in the fresh water tank. Turn on the pump and open a faucet. Some pumps are pretty quiet and others are loud enough that you won't miss hearing it. Listen carefully and follow the sound to its source.
In many Sunlines, the water pump is not located in a cupboard or compartment that is rapidly accessible. Mine is under the couch and to get at it for winterizing, I have to lift the seat part of the couch halfway up and hold it there to even see the pump. I am fixing that this week by adding doors to the couch base to get at the water pump and the vehicle battery fuses.
You might have to remove a drawer or screwed-down panel cover to get at the pump.
If you can find the piping from the fresh water tank up into the floor of the trailer (you'll have to look around underneath the TT), the pump may be right near where that tubing enters.
If your unit has a compression tank on the water system, you may have to run the water for a couple of minutes before the pump will kick on.
I understand the newer ultra-quiet pumps are hard to hear. If that's the case with your trailer, eliminate as much background noise as possible.
Good luck!
