That's a good question that I don't know the answer to. I believe the pre-wire is designed for the tripod satellite dish though. I think you're supposed to hook your satellite coax into the connection on the off door side where you would otherwise connect the trailer to park cable. While you might be able to use the patio one as well, I think that's there more for putting a TV out under the awning.
As far as I know, these trailers weren't prepped for a roof mount dish.
My '98 was supposedly satellite prepped, had stickers on the wall and window. But appearance wise, the trailer wasn't any different otherwise. Still had the one connection for cable on the outside and then the living room and bedroom coax connections with TV antenna booster. It must be something in the wiring to allow the satellite to work?
