Hi 2000,
Congrats on your camper.
Any chance of posting pics of the problem area? The roof hole on the rubber can be patched with Eternabond sealing tape.
Here is a post of mine on how to use it. Prep'ing the rubber before applying the Eternabond is critical for it to adhere. It is not hard to do, more of knowing to do it.

The slide floor soft spot that EMD_Driver was referring to, see this post it will help explain where to look.

Now the wet and musty odor. This is a concern to fully investigate now. Now meaning soon and for sure before you seal up the area and the hole in the roof.
Water may have wicked it's way in the roof hole and be trapped up in the attic where there is insulation. And there is the bud board which is like heavy solid corrugate board under the rubber roof membrane that can wick water into it.
Suggest this, rent or buy one of those inspection cameras they have now a days. Like these. That is about the cheapest I have seen them. The one I have for work is well over $800 and about 5 years old and still black and white. Th newer ones are 1/2 the price on good ones, color, digital pics etc.

If you can rent one or buy then go in the hole in the roof and look around. If you see wet anything or damp anything, you really need to deal with it now.
I forget what the bath looks like in the T320SR. I did sleep in one for a night just never went in the bath.... LOL...
Depending on what you find it may be an option to make a surgical cut in the ceiling on the inside, take down the ceiling luan board and then fix the wet stuff.
Some how you need to inspect to figure out how good or bad the problem is. The one thing we are fairly sure of, if there is any trapped water/moisture up there, it will not dry itself out with out help.
Hope this helps and good luck. We are here to help as we can. Pic's really go a long way in the help phase to see what it is you are up against.
John
