t2460 ball size and best hitch type

I am going to pickup my new to me T2460 But
I am not sure of the ball size. The coupler is the same as the one on my wilderness. It has a small piece that has to be slide up and back to release the ball and slide front and down to lock it in. That was 2 5/16.

I am also curios what would be the best type of hitch for this. The rig had Reese trunion style weight bars (10,000 / 1,000) and a husky sway bar but no hitch head. So if I need to buy something I want to make sure I buy something adequate.

Link to pics of rig.

Steve Collins is an unknown quantity at this point
Your ball size is still 2 5/16".

If you already have Reese trunnion weight bars, get a Reese head and shank. The low rise adjustable ones are a super choice. Your RV or utility trailer dealer can get you the right one to mate up to the Husky sway control.

www.Reeseprod.com for more info.

Thanks Steve

Got the rig home now so the cleanup can begin. We actually pulled it the 15 miles without weight bars or sway bar because the hitch head my dad borrowed was the round bar with no sway on it. Tha rig pulled very nice even without those but he does have a very large Dodge pick up with tow package so it was pretty well able to handle the weight especially for a short pull like that. Granted it would have been real nice with those but now we do have a baseline and know the rig pulls nice and straight with no help.

The camper best I can tell has been sitting since 02/03 and everything spun nice, I did check all bearings beforehand though so that was not a surprise. We did not get to check the brakes due to an issue with the camper plug but when site tested the 4 magnets drew 7.6 amps at a standstill, so all the magnets should be good just any possible issue with mechanics but that all looked very nice when I checked the bearings.

Does anyone know a good place to get light covers for inside and out, as well as dinnette cushions as they are both long gone.

Thanks
