I've been following this thread as we had issues on Christmas Day with our Ford F250 6.7 threatening "limp mode" and the check engine light staying on. The truck was taken to our dealer and the problem was the reductant injector. It was replaced under warranty and we brought the truck home today. The service technician wrote on the printout "Needs to be driven more frequently" and the service writer explained that DEF coagulates when it sits for long periods of time which our truck does. Now I am going to force Marshall to drive the truck more often. LOL
