Windows, I'm not haivng any luck

Hi all, I am working on fixing up our windows and screens. The pop in screens were easy enough to adjust a bit and get the to stay in place. The screens over what I call the slider windows, they just go up and down, one is out the other is in place. How do they come out or better yet how to put them back in. Some of the clips that hold them in place are broken, are they available anywhere. I was able to scavenge a clip from the yet to fall out screen. If I can get the other screen in place I can use a bit of the clear insulation tape to help hold it in.
