Wedgewood T2130

The range/oven in my '82 camper doesn't look as if it has ever been used much if at all. It is a Wedgewood T2130, 4 burner with oven. My question is it being this old, does anyone think there may be a problem with the gaskets or seals? I haven't tried to turn it on yet, and having no manual for it I don't even know where to light the pilot for the range. Any help?

Your concern is valid. I'm not an expecrt on these old stoves but odds are high yours may look like this. Scroll down there are lots of pics.

Vintage RARE Atwood Wedgewood T2130 4 Burner Range Stove Oven RV Camper | eBay

An item I would have checked for sure is the step down gas regulator. It has a rubber diagram inside it. It can be replaced I'm fairly sure and it may well be an 11" WC step down to 10" WC like the new ones are. I would have a pressure drop leak test done on the rest of it just so you know it is all good. If you have a local LP gas guy, they can test these it is a standard test. Or an RV dealer

I tried to find a manual and no luck. Here is the serivce manual for all series. Page 12 talks about the cross reference in part number from Wedgwood to Atwood.

But... our files section has a 1983 Wedgewood manual. Sunline Coach Owner's Club - Sunline Owner's Files - Sunline Kitchen

Down load a copy, it may help.

Hope this helps

John

Hi John

Hoping you can help... I have a wedgewood R1745AG in my 1993 Bigfoot C8.8 truck camper..the pilot lights but the main burner does not. I have read through a few posts and I see that this oven is also a T2130 via the xref chart in the manual you have provided..guesting seem to be that I need to trouble shoot this and you noted in a post the triage steps... line blockage, and then safety valve.. I was not sure how to approach the troubleshooting..seems like there is no gas at all for the main burner..pilot functions like a hero though... so I wonder if you know how I go about testing the rest... and if you know a part number for the safety valve..?
Thanks in advance
Ben
