Voyager AM/FM/CD player stuck on AUX input

We have the original audio system in our 2005 T-2363 Solaris and it is stuck on AUX mode. NONE of the buttons work when pressed. It won't even power off. This happened a long time ago and we never bothered to fix it since we never used it. But now we are considering selling our camper and I would like to fix it, if possible.
I'm attaching a pic of the radio so you can see what is going on. Any help, suggestions would be appreciated! TIA!!

A lot of us have wrestled with this exact problem. The unit in my '99 Sunline failed pretty much like yours' did. I opted to pick up a high quality AM/FM/CD out of a late model Jeep. With the help of a Crutchfield adapter kit, it was pretty easy to make the electrical connections. I did have to do some creative woodworking with the opening in the cabinet of the trailer, but it turned out fantastically well. There is a thread here that I posted years ago documenting all of this.

We were planning to keep the trailer for many years after the swap so it made good sense to put the effort into it. But in your case, the equation is different because you may be selling the trailer and just want a working AM/FM/CD player in it.

"If" you can find an electronics repair shop that will work on your unit, it probably will cost a lot more to fix it than to simply replace it with a modest quality unit.

If you search on Ebay with the key words rv am fm cd you'll get a bunch of hits on new units starting at about $45. If you check the dimensions of the rough opening in your trailer, you will likely find that many of these radios will be nearly an exact fit. The industry seems to have settled on a specific sized opening for mounting this gear. The electrical connections may well be identical to what you have, or easily modified.

Other sources for rv style radios are pplmotorhomes and some of the rv surplus houses that have web sites.

You could pick up an inexpensive aftermarket automotive unit at Advance Autoparts or Best Buy or even Walmart, but then you've got the challenge of figuring out mounting and interconnection.

Thanks for responding! I appreciate it! Guess I'll be purchasing a new system. Sure was hoping it would be a simple fix. It's a shame because the original Voyager system still looks new. I wonder what is causing this issue? Hmmm...

Radio

For the most part, it's easier and cheaper to just replace the unit. I found one on e-bay for under a hundred dollars. Good luck..

Not quite.

Double DIN opening is 7 1/8" x 4 1/8".

The common opening for an RV AM/FM/CD is either 9.3" by 6.1" or 7.625" x 6.75".

If you know the model number, google it. I found install/owners manuals for several different models, each with opening dimensions.
