From the info you gave, I'd say your best bet is to go to a dealer. If you have wheels on your trailer currently, take one with you and they can find an exact match. You will also need the lug pattern, so it is best to take one with you. There are a lot more wheel sizes than you can imagine.
From my accumulated knowledge, you should have zero offset wheels, but it's best to check with a dealer.
