I'm not totally sure what Sunline installed in 1981, but try this. Measure the OD of your current toilet floor flange. Odds are favorable, it might still be the standard home-sized floor flange size.
BUT, RV's often has a 3" threaded female floor flange. This allows a 3" ABS plastic pipe nipple to be screwed and glued into the floor flange to then screw into the black tank. Most home floor flanges at not thread, they are slipped on, and then an ABS cement bond is used on them.
See if your local Lowes has this. Or another lumber yard/plumbing supply store. Or a mobile home supply store

Then you need to find a 3" ABS plastic pipe nipple the length of what is in your camper. NIBCO is one company that makes them. This is just one hit on the web for a place that sells them

You use ABS cement to bond the nipple to the floor flange. Look for ABS cement in the lumber plumbing area
I use Teflon pipe paste (pipe dope) on the treads screwed into the black tank
I'm assuming your toilet floor flange looks like this. If it does not, then post pics of what you have and we can try an help better
Here is how many of them come out of the tank, or at least the newer campers. Read to the end for good pics of the process

Hope this helps and let us know how you make out
