Table and counter trim

'81 16RB, the plastic trim around the table and counter is pulling loose in a few places, mostly corners. How was it attached? It looks as though a barb on the backside was pressed into a slot in the wood. What is the best way to reattach this?

Glue will help here. Just do not over do it as it will squirt out all over.

You just need to find one that sticks to both plastic and wood. If you use the new Gorilla type glue that is now sold, it will stick, it will hold, you will have to clamp it over night, but be cautious to NOT put too much on. It expands when it dries.

Good luck

John
