T-234 Star Ray Converter Question(s)

Hello all! I am trying to troubleshoot my converter and hope you all can answer a question or 2 (or 3 or 4 )for me...... The converter is a Magnatech 3240

1. As I cannot see in behind the converter does anyone know if this is hardwired onto the trailer or just a plug in? I am hearing/seeing NOTHING coming from the converter and I am only getting 12.6 volts on the battery terminal leads on the front of the converter with the shoreline connected to an AC line. Checked the breaker panel and converter circuit is fine.

2. If it is hardwired, is there an internal fuse or anything on the 3240 that could be blown?

3. If it is a plug in, all receptacles are working properly. There is a GFCI in the bathroom that was tripped but I reset it and still nothing from the converter.

4. Good Lord, how in the world do you get access to that thing???? It is under the oven in the galley.

Thanks in advance for any help! It is appreciated!

So, I answered one of my own questions. The Converter is wired directly to the 120 volt circuit. No plug.....

Does the following make sense to anyone? Plugged in my TV and checked voltages. TV plug was reading 13.6. With both the shoreline plugged in and the TV, the voltage at the TT battery was only reading 12.6. When I unplugged the shoreline (with the TV still plugged into the TT) the voltage changed to 13.2. So would I be correct to assume that the auto switching on the Converter is working ok?
