I found this post while googling this product. I have a heartland RV, and yesterday, was asking their director of customer service for the name of the product they use to seal things during the manufacturing process. I've been having problems with Dicor, namely, it separates after some time, and gets tacky and sticks to slide seals, etc.
He said they use Sikaflex 505 and that's what I'm going to try. I will report back my results. He did say to make sure to allow it to cure for 24 hours before moving the unit, on any surfaces that experience flex during transit.
