Rubber roof coating

Does anyone know if there is a coating to put on a rubber roof? Mine is discolored and probably could use some extra protection from the elements.
Thanks,
Rich

I asked the folks at Sunline how to protect the roof on my 2002 T-2975. I was told to use a mild baby laundry detergent and a soft brush to clean it, and them coat it with a protectant. I think I used Protect-All which can be purchased at Camping World or WalMart. I cleaned mine about twice a year and it looked good. Do not use a petroleum based product!!!

Rich,
This is my first year with a TT so I too have been looking into coating the roof on my 94 T2670. I have been looking at dicor's web site [url]www.dicor.com/ they have a primer/cleaner and Dicor Sure-Seal® White Acrylic Coating. Another product I have seen at my local dealer is Koolseal. Dont know much about it though. I was leaning towards the Dicor products as they are the ones that make the Rubber Roofing. If you haven't already make sure you get some Dicor Rubber Roofing Lap Sealant and seal along all seams. I have been working on mine and found some cracks and areas it had dried up and came off around my vents. Had to pick up some more and hope to finish up with it today.

I use laundry soap to wash my roof then treat it with dicor roof treatment,I do this atleast three times a year(spring when dewinterizing the camper, once or twice during the summer, and then again when I winterize it)

I was told to use spic and span! I decided to go the safe route and buy the Dicor stuff, just in case! Using the wrong thing will void the warranty!
