Can you post a picture or 2? It would be helpfull so we can see what you are seeing.
The front area sag, well that occurs on some models that does not have a walk on roof. BUT some times it more then the sag like Kitty found out.
Since the bud board is draped over the rafters there is not a lot of support to help hold it up. I have a small amount of the problem on one front corner.
Before I go to much further on how I dealt with mine, need to see if you have the same issue or not.
The chaulk will scrape up fairly easy, added heat from a heat guns helps too just do not get too carried away with the heat and dull off (round) and scraper end you use. You use Dicro self leveling sealent on these rubber roofs at the joint areas. It does work well, but can get cracks in it after a 3 to 4 year and pending how much road travel etc. A crack in the chaulk is not good and should be fixed ASAP. Water get in the crack, festers, and come winter it will freeze, break open even more and then water starts getting in.
Hope this helps
John
