Times 2 what Gene said.
Get the exact part number of what yours is. The one the dealer is selling $150 less may not be and exact drop in with all the features. It may fit but it might not be the right one. Each of the digits of an Atwood PN stand for a feature.
As Mainah said, if there is no leak in the tank, may be cheaper to change control parts if you know which one. Do you know what the issue is yet? The HW heater can be fussy on all the electric safeties being met if it is an electronic ignition model. Corrosion on the terminals of the saftey circuit stops it from working as a text book cause. Cleaning up the contact points has cure many an Atwood heater not firing. Again on an electric fired ignition system.
Good luck
John
