Replace furnace parts: See pict.

This is the ignitor, pilot, and thermocouple( I believe).
I was wondering if these parts are available for my Hydro Flame 8012? I've checked all over the net, and was hoping someone here would know of a store/company that has one.

The metal tubing to the gas line broke. Also, the pilot was blowing out as soon as it would light. I figured I would replace with new components and trouble shoot from there.

Any thoughts?

Part of me says junk it and use a portable heater, but part of me wants to keep as many original Sunline installed parts as I can.

A call to these folks may help

Marksrv.com Hydroflame - Atwood rv furnace parts

Also a Call to Atwood Mobile may be able to direct you to a dealer that would stock the part if they are still made.

There is a 8012-II which seems to mean that may be the next generation. Do not know which one you have

I have found to find parts like these on the internet, if you dig to find a part cut sheet with a manufacture part number, then search that on the web you get more hits then just Hydro flame parts.

Can you provide the entire heater model number and serail number? Or take a picture we can read of the name plate and we can see is we can turn up anything.

Hope this helps

John

When you took the cover off to get that burner out, somewhere in there is a name plate with model and serial number or at least the serial number. That might have some more info on it. But I will try and search on the HF 8012 and see what turns up. That may indead be the only model they used back then but the model/serial plate would have what ever the full model is.
