Unhappy Power conversion problem

Hi just spent a miserable 3 days on top of a mountain in Pa trying to figure out why I have no 12v power in my 2001 25 ft Solaris with a Centurion 3000 converter. I have no problem with 110v generator power but when the generator is off I have no 12v power except for the trailer tongue. All converter circuit breakers and fuses tested good. Battery is brand new putting out 12.6v. With generator the battery is still putting out 12.6v so I assume I am not getting a trickle charge.
I called 1-800 tech line and was told it sounds like a small box relay has gone bad which should be located no more than 1 foot from the battery. Only small box I have 1 foot from the battery is the quick brake release mounted to the trailer frame.
RV is stationary so nothing would of shaken loose. Wiring looks fine. Everything worked last year, only thing new is the battery.
Spent two days on the cellphone trying to get an area RV dealer or RV Tech to help me out, without any luck.

Yes everything works under generator power. Nothing but trailer tongue with battery power.

The small box they are talking about should be in the storage area. It is the junction point where the power cable that plugs into the tow vehicle ties into the main system. There should be a fuse there. 30 amp I believe. It is not necessarily within 1 foot of battery. It should be inside the trailer near where the tongue cable goes into the trailer.

No power

On my 2553, it's in the compartment below the sink. It's a 4"x6" wooden box, much like an old cigar box. The relay you're looking for should be in there. Good luck!

Thank you for your quick response. When I go back up next week I will check under the bed compartment for that relay box.
You guys are great.

On my 2363 it is inside, under the couch at the front of the trailer.

Some where there is a fuse. Check where the others are saying it might be. If the connections to the battery were reversed even for an instant that will take the fuse out. 12.6 with the camper plugged in is not enough voltage meaning there is no charge from the converter/charger and the fact you have no lights all points to a main fuse in the battery circuit being blown. The converter when plugged in is providing the power for the lights because it is on the other side of the fuse. The jack is directly connected to the battery it will work even if the main fuse is blown.

Yes I agree with what you are saying. My Solaris has a front bedroom so I am hoping I will find a fuse box under the bed compartment. Won t be able to get back up there for another week or two, until then I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Thank you all for your response. You were a great help.
Will let you know how I make out.
