Does your plug look ok, not burnt? Do you have a good ground in your house plug?
The only thing I can think of is the GFI is bad. They do that a lot, it's common, and the sign that they've bad is usually that they won't reset.
They're cheap enough to replace from any home repair/hardware store that it's worth a shot to eliminate a lot of headaches trying to find the problem.

If the replacing of the GFI outlet doesn't help then you might check wiring. Find a GFCI Tester to check the wiring, found at most hardware stores. It is a simple plug-n-play item to let you know if wiring is correct. If with the tester the wiring is good then buy another outlet.
It is good to keep the GFCI Tester onboard the camper to use whenever setting up. Never know when a campground has wiring problems.

Not to worry. The Posting Powers That Be, PPBTs, can move posts if they see fit. It is easier for others wanting to find answers to similar problems if like subjects are posted together.
Hope you find you rproblem.

Jim somehow that tester did the trick, i plug it in to the GFI then pushed the reset on GFI, and it held ? thank you !

I think I would go ahead and buy a new GFI. The tester might have help jog something to make it reset but it didn't fix it. What you do know now is that there are no problems with the wiring. Sooner or later, and probably at the worst time possible, it will give more problems.

You got a bad GFI it should not reset if it has no power.
