I can't really get to where the pipe is to clean it, but I can get a nozzle in there to fill it with spray foam. Here are some photos.
I'll go back out and get some more of the slide out area.

Here's a couple more photos showing the slide out corners and weather stripping. I bent it back so you could see the opening.

JohnB is on a distinguished road
HI Jp

On your seals, what I see on your looks just like the 2005 slide seal. Mine being a 2004 does not have the little "bead" on the end of the wiper part. I have not seen mine, nor do I know if it will make a difference, but I have found 2 places that look like yours.

You can see the little bead on the end of the wiper. Your pic

Slide Out Seal 19-G8135

Slide-out gasket material, RV weather seals, Seal, RV gaskets, Trailer seals, window seals

Check the dimensions. I have never bought from either if these folks, I just book marked them for the day I need to buy new seal material.

Pricing, I know the stuff is not cheap but I have not yet hunted the entire Inet for better cost.

If you find something please post.

Hope this helps

John

Thanks for the info. I'll check that out. After sealing off the runway under the bathroom sink and two other points where there might have been outside access, I climbed underneath with the sprayfoam can and found another chewed through exit point next to some sort of drain near the hot water heater. I sealed that up and will hope for the best. I'm running out of options. I wish there was an easy and light way to seal up the entire bottom with plexiglas or something.
