Hi Ken,

Is your door totally missing or just rotted out? We have had many here rebuild the door and reuse the skin and they can help on how they did it.

If you have nothing, they do sell the new door and frame. Many of the RV salvage places have them. I do not know if there are any up your way, there are many in the Elkhart IN area and I'm sure will ship them. Cost may be an issue on the shipping.

An RV dealer can order you a door. Just give them the size of the opening, take the frame off. It does not have to be a Sunline door.

Hope this helps.

If you want some of the name/numbers of the Elkhart places, let me know. I have been to several of them.

Seems to be two things that happen to the doors they rot and the plastic bushings ware out and they won't close right. JohnB's right the easiest thing is to rebuild them if they are rotted otherwise you have to replace the door frame and all and they are around $400. The rebuild is fairly simple if you are OK with wood work there is not much to them the last one I did with pressure treated. I have done 2 or 3 of the ones that the bushings ware out on by remounting the hinges a little lower on the door there by lifting the door slightly.
